Order Cancellation
- Once an order is successfully placed, it cannot be cancelled.
- We do not accept cancellation requests after the order has been confirmed and processed.
- Customers are advised to review their cart, shipping details, and product selection carefully before completing the purchase.
Refund Policy
At Ayumi Wellness, we generally follow a no refund policy. However, refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
1. Damaged Product in Transit
If your product arrives damaged due to transit:
- You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Clear photos and an unboxing video showing the damage must be shared as proof.
- After verification and internal review, we will assess the claim.
If the damage is verified and found to be genuine, we will issue:
- A replacement product or
- A refund, at our sole discretion.
2. Incorrect Item or Error from Our End
If you receive:
- A wrong product, or
- An item that was incorrectly packed by us
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting proof (photos/videos). After our internal review, if the error is found to be from our end, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.
Refund Processing (If Approved)
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method.
- Processing timelines may vary depending on your payment provider and bank policies.
Important Notes
- Claims made after 48 hours of delivery may not be considered.
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear will not be eligible for refund or replacement.
- Ayumi Wellness reserves the right to make the final decision on all refund and replacement requests.
