Order Cancellation

  • Once an order is successfully placed, it cannot be cancelled.
  • We do not accept cancellation requests after the order has been confirmed and processed.
  • Customers are advised to review their cart, shipping details, and product selection carefully before completing the purchase.

Refund Policy

At Ayumi Wellness, we generally follow a no refund policy. However, refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

1. Damaged Product in Transit

If your product arrives damaged due to transit:

  • You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Clear photos and an unboxing video showing the damage must be shared as proof.
  • After verification and internal review, we will assess the claim.

If the damage is verified and found to be genuine, we will issue:

  • A replacement product or
  • A refund, at our sole discretion.

2. Incorrect Item or Error from Our End

If you receive:

  • A wrong product, or
  • An item that was incorrectly packed by us

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting proof (photos/videos). After our internal review, if the error is found to be from our end, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.

Refund Processing (If Approved)

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Processing timelines may vary depending on your payment provider and bank policies.

Important Notes

  • Claims made after 48 hours of delivery may not be considered.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear will not be eligible for refund or replacement.
  • Ayumi Wellness reserves the right to make the final decision on all refund and replacement requests.
